ACT will guarantee a trade in value for your HP Servers,
Computers, Monitors and Printers at the end of your
payment plan. |
|
|
|
This program only applies to HP equipment purchased
through ACT as part of a School, Government or Business
network bundle including Classrooms-On-Wheels, Network
Bundles, Classroom Bundles or Computer Special Packages
with one of our special financing packages. |
|
|
|
At the end of the term of your Zero-Buyout Special
Purchase Plan, you have the option of keeping your
systems without any further payments or trading them in
on new computers. We will provide a trade-in
allowance equal to 10% of the purchase price for your
servers, computers, monitors and printers for your next
purchase. |
|
|
|
There are a few limitations:
|
1) Your equipment must be in good working
order when returned to us.
|
2) Only equipment purchased from ACT
through one of our special finance programs
qualifies for trade-in.
|
3) The number of computers traded-in may
not exceed the number of computers purchased on
the next order.
|
4) The trade-in offer is only valid if
redeemed within 60 days of your last payment.
|
5) Unfortunately, publisher software
licenses are not transferable and therefore we
can not offer trade-ins on any software.
The licenses software and anti-virus licenses
remain yours.
|
|
|
If you trade-in your computers, we will provide boxes to
you at no-charge so that you can return them to us.
You are responsible for re-packing the equipment to be
traded-in.
We will arrange to have the boxed equipment shipped back
to our warehouse at our expense. |

|
|
Improperly re-packaged equipment that is damaged on the
return shipment to us will be deducted from the trade-in
allowance. |
|
|
|
The ACT No-Penalty Financing Plan is
unique. Unlike many lease programs, there are no
end-of-lease penalties or return-to-seller fees or
shipping charges. You don't have to pack it up and
return it to the leasing company or pay a hefty fee to
"buy" what should already be yours. At the end of
your payment plan, the equipment is yours and there are
no fees to be paid. In fact, we'll even offer you
a trade-in and pay to have them shipped back to us.
Not only do you save money at the end of our plan, you
even get a credit on your next purchase. |
